Missions
We are called to be lights to the world to the least, the last, and the lost.
At Hope, we talk specifically about the “darkest darkness.” We are passionate about our city and our world where darkness reigns, and any place where God will allow us to reflect His light and truth.
This is where we partner with God to be light to the darkness in Houston and in our world:
Local
Alpha. We invite those who do not consider themselves Christians to explore life, faith, and meaning.
Crosswalk Center. We help those who are formerly incarcerated to re-enter society.
Bridges International. We love international students and build meaningful relationships.
Houston Welcome Refugees. Our heart is to offer hospitality and friendship to refugees resettling in our city, which ranks as one of the top resettlement cities in the U.S. RSVP for HWR workday here.
Life Shared. Do you feel overwhelmed by evangelism? Sharing your faith can be hard. But as we'll see, it starts with simply sharing life together. Learn more through a video series over three Wednesday evenings in July. Preview the talks here and register now.
International
Internationally we focus our prayers and efforts on Africa & Asia.
